1Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the gbaee website accessible at https://gbaee.bio, including all sub-pages, games, betting markets, and services available through that domain.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a gbaee account or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's gbaee account at any given time, excluding bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account under a gbaee promotional offer.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all account balances, stakes, and payouts are denominated on the gbaee Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which gbaee confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given to it in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Wager" means any bet placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Working Day" means any day that is not a public holiday in Bangladesh, Monday through Friday, during the hours 09:00 to 18:00 BST (UTC+6).

2Acceptance of Terms

By completing the gbaee account registration process — including ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up — you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You have read and accepted gbaee's Privacy Policy.
• You accept that gbaee's decisions regarding the interpretation of these Terms are final in the first instance, subject to the dispute resolution procedure described in Section 16.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.

Acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite for account registration. gbaee reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

3Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Age Requirement

The gbaee Platform is exclusively available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age threshold applies to all products on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, the Wheel, and the Fisher Game. Players found to be under 21 years of age at any point will have their accounts immediately suspended, all transactions reversed, and all pending withdrawals cancelled. Any real-money deposits made by an underage Player will be returned to the original payment source after investigation.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the gbaee Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. gbaee does not provide legal advice. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and legal responsibility.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on gbaee:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Individuals who are currently self-excluded from the gbaee Platform.
• Employees, contractors, or agents of gbaee or any of its group companies.
• Immediate family members of gbaee employees who have access to non-public information about game outcomes, odds, or system operations.
• Individuals who have previously had a gbaee account permanently closed for Terms violations.

4Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Information

When registering a gbaee account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use false information, pseudonyms, or another person's identity. gbaee reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration at any time.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active gbaee account. Multiple accounts associated with the same person — identified by name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, gbaee may consolidate balances into a single account, suspend all associated accounts pending investigation, or permanently close all accounts and withhold balances where fraud is suspected.

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, gbaee requires all Players to complete KYC verification. You will be asked to submit:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account showing your name and mobile number).

KYC documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. gbaee aims to complete KYC reviews within 2 Working Days of receiving a complete set of documents. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing items. Until KYC is completed, withdrawals will remain on hold.

4.4 Account Currency

All gbaee accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The Platform does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are transacted in BDT.

5Account Security

5.1 Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your gbaee login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. gbaee will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or live chat.

5.2 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact gbaee support immediately at [email protected] or via the 24/7 live chat function on the Platform. gbaee will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account and reset credentials pending verification of your identity.

5.3 Device and Session Security

You are advised to log out of your gbaee account after each session, particularly when using shared devices. gbaee employs SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the Platform, but cannot be held responsible for breaches arising from insecure devices, public Wi-Fi networks, or malware on your device.

6Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gbaee accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of supported payment methods is displayed on the deposit page within your gbaee account.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit on gbaee is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. These limits are displayed on the deposit page. gbaee reserves the right to adjust deposit limits for individual accounts at its discretion.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.3.
• The Account Balance being sufficient to cover the withdrawal amount.
• All applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds having been satisfied.
• No pending investigation or compliance review on the account.

Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 1–4 hours during Bangladesh daytime hours (09:00–22:00 BST, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 Working Days. gbaee does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.

6.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Source

gbaee operates an "original payment source" withdrawal policy. Winnings will be returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This policy forms part of gbaee's anti-money-laundering (AML) controls.

6.5 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on gbaee are conducted in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit in BDT is credited to your account in BDT at a 1:1 ratio with no deductions. The amount you withdraw in BDT is the amount that will be sent to your payment method, subject to any fees charged independently by your payment provider.

7Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Offer Eligibility

Promotional offers on gbaee are available to eligible Players as defined in the individual terms of each promotion. Welcome bonuses are available only to newly registered Players making their first qualifying deposit. Existing Players may be eligible for reload bonuses, seasonal promotions, and loyalty rewards as published on the Platform from time to time.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated for each offer. Failure to satisfy requirements within the stated period will result in the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them being removed from the account.

7.3 Game Contribution

Not all games on the gbaee Platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games, live casino products, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or may not contribute at all. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

gbaee monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in a bonus value, making large bets immediately before a bonus expires to exhaust playthrough requirements rapidly, or engaging in coordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is suspected, gbaee reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings without notice.

8Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 Wager Acceptance

All wagers are accepted subject to the specific rules of the betting market or game in question. A wager is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference from the Platform. In the event of a technical failure between wager placement and confirmation, the wager may be voided and your stake returned.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and all other sports betting markets on gbaee operate under sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook help section. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, settlement rules specific to each sport apply. gbaee's trading team has the authority to void markets, suspend betting, and correct settlement errors in accordance with published rules.

8.3 Casino and RNG Game Rules

All casino games, slot machines, the Wheel, and the Fisher Game on gbaee use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested. The rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables for each game are accessible within the game interface. gbaee does not alter RTP settings on a per-player or per-session basis.

8.4 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, and Teen Patti) are hosted by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. These games are subject to the rules presented by the live dealer and the studio's published game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a live casino outcome, the studio's video record is treated as the definitive source of truth.

8.5 Maximum Payout Limits

Individual game maximum win limits and sportsbook maximum payout limits apply as specified within each game or market. A single Player may not receive more than the published maximum payout from a single bet, regardless of the calculated winnings. Winnings in excess of the maximum payout limit will be reduced accordingly.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gbaee Platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of account balances:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another individual.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to layer, place, or integrate funds derived from illegal activities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game format.
• Match fixing: Placing wagers based on advance knowledge of a predetermined outcome or participating in any scheme to fix the result of a sporting event.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips to a confederate in order to transfer value between accounts.
• Software exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended by the game interface.
• Advantage gambling via errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, mis-priced odds, or software bugs to generate guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit. gbaee reserves the right to void any wagers placed in connection with a known pricing or display error.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, discriminatory, or abusive language at support staff, other Players, or live dealers.
• Underage access: Registering, or facilitating the registration of, a gbaee account for a person under 21 years of age.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the gbaee Platform — including but not limited to the gbaee brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, images, and audio-visual material — is the intellectual property of gbaee or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of gbaee.

11Privacy and Data Protection

gbaee's collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the gbaee Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out the categories of data collected, the legal bases for processing, the purposes of processing, data retention periods, and your rights as a data subject. 12Responsible Gaming

gbaee is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no charge and are self-serviceable from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you set yourself.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications sent at intervals you define to remind you of the time spent on the Platform during a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: A minimum 6-month exclusion from the Platform, applied immediately upon request, during which all marketing communications to your account are also suspended.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbaee's total liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to gbaee in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gbaee is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any consequential, indirect, or special loss.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including internet service providers, mobile networks, or payment processors.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment provider.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Suspension of betting markets or voiding of wagers due to events outside gbaee's control (force majeure).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by gbaee's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by gbaee.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless gbaee, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms; (b) any fraudulent or illegal activity by you; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your provision of false or misleading information to gbaee.

15Amendments to These Terms

gbaee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, gbaee will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.

16Governing Law and Disputes

16.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the gbaee Platform, you should first contact gbaee's customer support team at [email protected]. gbaee commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 2 Working Days and to providing a substantive response within 10 Working Days. Many disputes can be resolved at this stage without further escalation.

16.2 Formal Dispute Escalation

If you are not satisfied with gbaee's response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the Platform's designated dispute resolution process as described in the help section of the Platform. gbaee's decision following the formal dispute process is final in respect of all factual matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and account balances, subject to any applicable legal remedies.

16.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of the Platform shall be brought in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction applicable to gbaee's operations.
